Cookie Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2026

This document explains how fubo888 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a functional, secure, and personalized experience for our users in Malaysia.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer or mobile device when you visit them. They are designed to hold a small amount of information that can be uniquely identified, allowing the site to "remember" your actions and preferences over time.

Beyond traditional cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage (which keeps data on your device longer than a session cookie) and tracking pixels (invisible images that notify us when a page is loaded). For a gaming platform, these tools are essential; they allow the system to maintain your secure session as you move from the game lobby to the cashier, ensuring you do not have to re-authenticate your identity on every single page load.

Types of Cookies We Use

To ensure the platform operates reliably, fubo888 employs several categories of cookies. Each serves a distinct purpose in enhancing your interaction with our services.

Category Purpose & Examples Necessary?
Essential Required for core site functions. These handle your security login and enable the Payments section to process transactions safely. Yes
Performance Help us understand how visitors move through the site. For example, identifying which sections of the download app page are most useful. No
Functional Remember choices you make, such as setting your preferred currency to MYR or keeping track of your recently played titles. No
Targeting Used to deliver relevant content and offers based on your interests, ensuring you see promotions that match your gaming style. No

How We Use Cookies

Session Management

We use cookies to verify your identity and keep you logged into your account as you navigate the site.

Security & Fraud Prevention

Cookies help us detect unusual patterns, such as multi-account creation or suspicious login attempts, to protect the community.

User Preferences

By remembering your settings, we provide a consistent visual experience every time you return to the platform.

Analytics & Optimization

We measure page traffic and interaction rates to identify bugs and improve the overall layout of the site.

Third-Party Cookies

While some cookies are placed directly by fubo888, others are set by our trusted third-party service providers. These partners assist us in areas such as traffic analytics, digital advertising, and the integration of secure payment gateways for fraud prevention.

Because these cookies are managed by external entities, we do not have direct control over them. Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review if you wish to understand their specific data handling practices.

How to Manage or Disable Cookies

You have full control over whether cookies are allowed on your device. Most modern browsers provide easy-to-access settings to block or delete them.

Google Chrome Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
Apple Safari Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
Mozilla Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
Microsoft Edge Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Important Notice: If you disable "Essential" cookies, the platform will be unable to maintain your session. This means you will be unable to log in or complete MYR deposits and withdrawals.

Additionally, using "Incognito" or "Private" browsing modes will automatically clear your cookies once the window is closed, though this may require you to log in again upon every visit.

Cookie Consent & Your Choices

Your interaction with our site constitutes your agreement to the use of cookies as described here. You can manage your preferences primarily through the browser settings detailed in the previous section. Where applicable laws in Malaysia provide specific data rights, you may have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of information stored via cookies.

For more comprehensive information on how we handle your personal data and our general rules of operation, please visit our Terms & Conditions page.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may periodically refine this policy to reflect changes in technology or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted directly on this page. We recommend checking the "Last Updated" date at the top of the document to ensure you are viewing the most current version of our guidelines.
